Yoga Nidra Meditation

creating more space for internal listening and deep rest.
It allows time for the body, mind & nervous system to relax, unwind & reconnect to it's natural state,
while tapping into the magic of your own divine healing wisdom.
This practice can be very relaxing, and create a deep sense of peace and well being.
It can also help reduce unsupportive patterns & habits in the mind-body system,
and offer us ways to become more self-supporting,
while gently meeting and holding ourselves exactly where we are with loving awareness,
throughout the many cycles of life.
